1) Analyze sales performance compare with budget, EBIT compare with budget and loss compare with
budget and discuss with Store Manager and District Managers to find weak point and causes and action plan
2) Work with store Financial Controller, Store Manager and District Managers to setting reasonable budget sales, and OPEX
3) Set up reasonable target in each action plan to increase sales and responsibility of each action and follow up
4) Prepare performance review presentation to present monthlyperformance to executive meeting
5) Control sale and OPEX in line of budget and find out what problem area in store impact to sales,
OPEX and give recommendation to store
6) Training new Store Business Controller to perform their function and follow up policy of company
7) Checking all costs that store has prepared all documents to be accrued before closing P&L completely
8) Supervise and coaching Store Business Controller
